Process innovation can take various forms, including automation, reengineering, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, digital transformation, outsourcing, and business process reorganization.

Process innovation is a continual and ongoing effort within organizations. It requires a commitment to identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring the outcomes. Successful process innovation can lead to increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and a better ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
