FEI25 Collective Intelligence Competition

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The FEI25 Collective Intelligence Competition (the “Competition”) sponsored by Informa Connect USA LLC (“Informa”), as well as the Co-Sponsors identified herein, is open to seed-stage start-ups looking to help corporations achieve net zero emissions mandates. This Competition is only open to residents age 18+ of the United States and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec).  Employees of Informa and its affiliates and subsidiaries, parent companies, agents, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible. The terms and conditions below (“Official Rules”) will govern the Competition. By entering, entrants agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Competition. Prize acceptance is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and all other obligations set forth herein. An invitation to enter the Competition does not indicate automatic eligibility.

Informa seeks to recognize emerging seed-stage start-up companies whose products, services, or solutions (“Entries” or “Entry”) help corporations achieve net zero emission mandates. Entrants will be judged on (i) the strength of their minimum viable product (“MVP”), (ii) the impact and relevance of their Entry to cross-industry corporations, (iii) how broadly their Entry can be applied across industries, and (iv) the degree of feasibility and/or effectivity of their Entry. The judges of the Competition will be made up of a panel of independent professionals with relevant experience and expertise in the industry. For more information about the judges, please visit the Competition website. Winners will be selected purely on the basis of skill, as opposed to chance.

The Competition entry period begins on or about February 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on or about March 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries will not be accepted after the entry period ends. Entrants may submit more than one Entry. To enter, entrants must complete the official entry form on the Competition website, including a one (1) minute video describing their Entry, discussing the roadmap/growth/product development for the Entry, and level of implementation difficulty. Entries missing any required information will not be eligible to win the Competition.  Informa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw any entrant from the judging process at any time, if their Entry is deemed inappropriate for any reason (including false or inaccurate information declared in their Entry). Informa also reserves the right, at its sole and unchallengeable discretion, to ban with immediate effect from the Competition any entrant in case of inaccurate information in their Entry, suspected or confirmed infringement of third-party rights (including intellectual property rights and copyrights), disparaging behavior or corruption towards the judges of the competition or Informa’s personnel, or any dispute or claim pertaining to an Entry.

On or about April 15, 2025, up to ten (10) finalists will be notified that their Entries have made it to the final round of the Competition (each individually a “Finalist”). The Finalist prize package includes: (i) a JP Morgan Cap Table Management Software Subscription for one (1) year, (ii) a complementary pass to attend FEI25 in Boston, MA from May 19-21, 2025 (the “Show”), (iii) an invitation to attend a dinner hosted by JP Morgan on June 10th, 2024 in Boston, MA, and (iv) an invitation to moderate a roundtable of corporate change makers at the Show (“Finalist Prize Package”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Finalist Prize Package is $9,000. The odds of being selected as a Finalist depend on the total number of eligible entries received. TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE SHOW IS NOT INCLUDED. ACCOMODATION DURING THE SHOW DATES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

On or about May 20, 2025, Finalists will be invited to present their Entries to the judges at the Show.  Each Entry presentation must be two (2) minutes in length, and will be followed by a question-and-answer session from the judges and the greater delegation of the Show. On or about June 11, 2024, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected from the pool of Finalists and notified by the judges. The odds of being selected as the Winner of the Competition are 1 in 10. The Winner prize package includes (i) a $25,000 prize to be delivered by check or wire, at Informa’s election, (ii) a 1 hour advising session with JP Morgan Startup Bankers, and (iii) an opportunity to make a sales pitch in front of hundreds of corporate change makers at the Show (the “Winner Prize Package”).
