The Rogue Mindset Report 2025

FEI and All Things Innovation’s Rogue Mindset Report 2025 shines a light on a flexible and uniquely creative framework for innovation—the rogue mindset. Inspired by an impactful comment from Tammy Butterworth during the roundtables at the FEI 2024 conference, All Things Innovation, with the help and support of Butterworth, decided it was a mindset worth exploring both in this digital report as well as a companion piece to the rogue mindset roundtables that will be held during FEI 2025.

Just what characteristics and attributes make someone identify as having a rogue mindset? Is it someone’s actions, particular personality traits, or a mixture of all of the above? Is it just overall corporate savviness, an engaging innovative mindset, or a laser-like focus? Does it result in just freedom to think differently or is it more about the actionable outcomes that result?

All Things Innovation set about to explore the subject with curiosity. Whether you call it rogue, unconventional or just uniquely innovative, we’d like to thank these 16 thought leaders in innovation, insights, data science, and academia for exploring this mindset with passion, creativity, and enthusiasm, and for helping to define just what makes it a perfect fit for innovation.
